Privacy Policy

If you subscribe to updates, we store the email address you provide. If you send a message through the contact form, we store the information you include in that message so we can respond.

Email addresses are used to send new episodes, property-loss information and preparedness resources. Contact messages are used only to reply to your inquiry. We do not sell contact information.

Every email includes an unsubscribe option. You can also request removal by contacting us directly.

Episodes are hosted and delivered through our podcast host, and listening data is reported to us in aggregate by podcast platforms. Those platforms operate under their own privacy policies.
