Restoration experience
Patrick has spent the better part of his career in the restoration trade. Long enough to have seen just about every way water, fire, and weather can take a swing at an East Texas property. As Director of Sales Operations, he leads a two-franchise system spanning SERVPRO of Lufkin / S. Nacogdoches County and SERVPRO of Longview, with teams across Lufkin, Nacogdoches, and Longview through emergency mitigation, structural drying, smoke and soot cleanup, mold remediation, and full reconstruction. His crews are first on scene for some of the toughest residential and commercial losses in the region.
East Texas perspective
A native Texan and Austin transplant who raised his family in Lufkin, Patrick built his career serving the same communities he calls home. He is an active member of local chambers of commerce, a regular partner with area insurance agents, and a steady presence at community-preparedness events across deep East Texas.
Why he hosts the show
Most property owners think about restoration exactly once, usually on the worst day of their year. The show exists to change that: translating restoration standards, building science, and disaster-recovery guidance into short, practical episodes that give property owners real language to use with adjusters and contractors, and shine a light on the people doing the work across East Texas.
